Common Questions

Does proofit work offline?

Yes. Starter tracking, guided baking, timers, and all calculators work fully offline. AI features and optional Cloud Sync need an internet connection.

Where is my data stored?

proofit stores your baking data locally on your device by default. If you create an optional account and enable Cloud Sync, structured app data is backed up to your private Supabase cloud account. Photos are not synced in Cloud Sync v1.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

My recipe import didn't work. What can I do?

Try a clearer photo with good lighting, or paste the recipe URL directly. If the issue persists, email us with the photo or link and we'll look into it.
