Common Questions

Does proofit work offline?

Yes. Starter tracking, guided baking, timers, and all calculators work fully offline. Only AI features (recipe import, baking assistant) need a brief internet connection.

Where is my data stored?

All your data (starters, recipes, bakes, settings) is stored locally on your device. We don't have accounts or cloud sync - your data stays with you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your device settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

My recipe import didn't work. What can I do?

Try a clearer photo with good lighting, or paste the recipe URL directly. If the issue persists, email us with the photo or link and we'll look into it.
